Shipping Information

We want you to enjoy your new jewellery as soon as possible! Please read the following information regarding our shipping process, fees, and important terms:

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days from the time the order is received. If you are ordering during a promotion or sale, please note that there may be delays due to high order volume. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major public holidays. Shipping times are applied after your order has been processed.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard Delivery: shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.                           Delivery usually takes 10-14 business days.

Shipping Times
Please note that the shipping times listed are estimates provided by our couriers and may vary depending on external factors. We do not process online orders on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duty
International orders may be subject to local customs charges. These charges are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Ananda Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any additional charges and cannot accept returns for orders that incur customs fees. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Lost Parcels & Delivery Issues
Ananda Jewellery is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If incorrect shipping information is provided at the time of ordering, or within 12 hours of the order being placed, we cannot be held liable for any costs associated with retrieving or resending your order, nor for any lost or irretrievable packages. For lost packages, we will work with the courier to retrieve your parcel or file a claim for the value of the goods, but any extra costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
